通过对永磁同步电机(PMSM)稳态短路工况中短路电流和短路转矩进行理论分析,得到了PMSM稳态短路电流和电磁转矩的解析表达式。结合二维有限元法对某型号180 kW PMSM短路工况下的短路电流和短路转矩进行仿真分析计算,确定PMSM在稳态短路试验时短路电流、短路转矩随电机转速的变化规律。采用1台PMSM进行三相稳态短路试验验证,记录了短路试验时不同转速下的短路电流和短路转矩。对试验结果与理论分析、仿真分析结果进行对比分析,验证了短路电流、短路转矩随转速的变化规律。

Through the theoretical analysis of shortcircuit current and shortcircuit torque in the steadystate shortcircuit condition of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the analytical expressions of steadystate shortcircuit current and electromagnetic torque of PMSM were obtained. Combined with twodimensional finite element method, the shortcircuit current and shortcircuit torque of a 180 kW PMSM under shortcircuit condition were simulated and calculated. The variation law of shortcircuit current and shortcircuit torque versus speed of the PMSM during the steadystate shortcircuit test was determined. The threephase steadystate shortcircuit test was carried out for a PMSM. The shortcircuit current and shortcircuit torque at different speeds were recorded during the shortcircuit test. The test results were compared with theoretical analysis and simulation analysis results to verify the variation law of shortcircuit current and shortcircuit torque versus the speed.
