考虑到目前高压电机主接线盒短路爆炸时有发生,易造成严重的人身伤亡或财产损失,因此对高压电机主接线盒短路容量进行研究具有重大的现实意义。基于释压式10 kV电机主接线盒,重点介绍了在短路电流40 kA、持续时间0.25 s下的短路容量试验,并根据试验结果提出了高安全等级主接线盒设计的普适性建议,从设计源头降低主接线盒发生短路爆炸的风险,保障主接线盒在工业现场的安全可靠运行。

Shortcircuit explosions sometimes occur in the main terminal box (TB) of highvoltage (HV) motor, resulting in serious personal injuries or losses of property. It is of great practical significance to study the shortcircuit capacity of main TB. Based on the 10 kV pressure relief TB, the shortcircuit capacity test at 40 kA with a duration of 0.25 s is introduced. The universality suggestions of the TB design with high safety level are also proposed based on the test result, so as to reduce the risk of shortcircuit explosion from the design, and ensure safe and reliable operation of the main TB in the industrial field.
