车用永磁同步电机(PMSM)追求轻量化的设计带来了更为严重的电机振动噪声危害。准确分析计算PMSM的模态是对其进行振动噪声特性研究的基础。采用有限元法对电动汽车PMSM进行模态仿真计算。通过对电机模型进行适当的简化与等效,计算出电机自由状态下前6阶的固有频率及其对应的振型;并将样机进行锤击法的模态试验,验证了电机有限元模态仿真模型的准确性。

The weight reduction design of vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) brought about more serious vibration and noise of the motor. An accurate modal calculation was the basis for the study of the vibration and noise characteristics of PMSM. The finite element method was used to perform the modal simulation of the PMSM. Through the reasonable simplification and equivalence of the motor model, the first 6 orders natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the motor under the free state were calculated. After that, the accuracy of the finite element model was verified by the hammering modal experiment of the prototype.
