三相逆变器的电机驱动系统会产生较大的共模电压,其对电机的危害巨大,传统脉宽调制(PWM)共模电压抑制方法忽略了死区的影响。为使得永磁同步电机三相PWM逆变器输出的共模电压得到有效抑制,在分析传统共模电压抑制方法的基础上,提出了一种基于改进非零矢量调制方法。该方法能较好地消除加入死区时间后逆变器输出的共模电压尖峰。利用仿真软件验证了所提方法的有效性。

A large commonmode voltage would be produced by the motor drive system of threephase inverter, which had great harm to the motor, and the influence of deadband was ignored by traditional pulse width modulation (PWM) commonmode voltage suppression. In order to effectively suppress the commonmode voltage of the threephase PWM inverter, an improved nonzero vector PWM method was proposed on the basis of the analysis of the traditional commonmode voltage suppression methods. The proposed method could eliminate the commonmode voltage spike output from the inverter after adding deadband time. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation software.
