提出了一种高增益Boost变换器电路拓扑,与传统Boost变换器相比,电路工作在占空比D>0.5时实现了3倍的电压增益,均衡了有源开关管电压应力,并使其降低至输出电压的1/3。首先推演了构造两路复合支路高增益三端网络的变换器拓扑;然后分析电路全周期工作原理及电路特性;最后通过搭建1台140 W的试验样机验证了理论的正确性。

A high gain boost converter circuit topology was proposed. When the circuit operated at duty cycle D>0.5, the voltage gain was three times that of conventional boost converter. The voltage stress of active switch was equalized and reduced to 1/3 of the output voltage. The converter topology of twochannel compound branch of high gain threeterminal network was deduced. The principle and characteristics of the circuit were analyzed. Finally, a 140 W experimental prototype was built to verify the correctness of the theoretical study.
