48 V i-BSG(带传动的智能一体化起动/发电机)电机是汽车混合动力系统的核心零部件。电机具有起动、发电以及能量回收、动力辅助的功能,因此提升发动机低速区域的性能可以获得较好的排放与油耗指标。为了获得电机优良的性能指标,采用电磁学仿真软件,对电机的电磁结构进行优化设计。阐述了电机工作模式以及相应的控制策略。最后进行工程样机的制造和测试验证,结果表明电机性能达到设计指标。与法雷奥公司同类产品进行对比分析得出,在具备相同性能条件下,所设计电机有体积小、低成本等优点,为推向市场应用奠定了坚实的基础。

48 V i-BSG(intelligent belt driven starter generator) motor is one of the core parts in hybrid vehicle system. It has comprehensive functions of starting, generating, energy recovering and power assisting. Therefore, it can improve performance of low speed region of engine,which makes vehicle get better performance of emission and better fuel economy. In order to achieve excellent performance indicators, the design of motor’s electromagnetism is optimized with the finite element software. The motor working model and control strategy are expounded in detail. A motor prototype is manufactured and successfully passes the test verification. The results of experiment show that the motor can realize the design objectives. Compared with Valeo’s motor, it has the advantages of small volume and low cost, which lays a solid foundation for marketing.
