以3 MW高效率低噪声笼型风力异步发电机为例,针对笼型异步风力发电机的发展趋势:高效、低噪声、高功率密度的要求展开工作。介绍了笼型异步风力发电机的电磁和冷却方案的计算过程,通过电磁仿真技术对气隙谐波磁场在转子导条中产生的附加损耗进行了优化,通过流体仿真技术计算通风噪声。最后,根据型式试验数据进行对比和分析。结果表明,电机设计方法可行,电机整体性能较优。

The design of a 3 MW low-noise compact cage asynchronous wind power generator is performed aiming at the development trends of cage generator including high efficiency, low noise and high power density. The calculation process of the electromagnetic and cooling schemes of the cage generator is explained. The additional loss of rotor bar caused by the air gap magnetic field is reduced by electromagnetic simulation, and the ventilation noise is calculated by fluid simulation. The design is validated with type tests. The results show that the design method is feasible and the motor has a good performance.
