电动汽车对加速性和续航里程的要求不断提升,从而对电驱系统功率密度和效率的要求也在不断提升。针对这一需求,分析了SiC半导体材料的优势,提出一种基于SiC的纯电驱动系统方案。分别对SiC基和Si基电驱动单元进行了台架对比测试,测试结果表明SiC基电驱动单元在不增加零件尺寸的前提下,可大幅提高输出功率与效率,进而提升电动汽车的加速性与续航里程。作为一种有效提升电动汽车性能的解决方案,SiC基电驱动单元将是未来高性能电动汽车的重要发展方向。

With the increase of acceleration and range requirements of electric vehicles, the requirements on power density and efficiency of electric drive unit also keep increasing. Aiming at this problem, the advantages of SiC materials are analyzed, and a pure-electric solution of electric drive unit based on SiC is given. The comparative bench tests for SiC-based and Si-based electric drive units are carried out separately. The test results show that the SiC-based electric drive unit can greatly improve the output power and efficiency, and significantly improve the acceleration and mileage performance of electric vehicles without increasing the size of drive unit. As an effective solution to improving the performance of electric vehicles, SiC-based electric drive unit will be the development direction of high performance electric vehicles in the future.
