设计了永磁同步电机直接转矩控制双模糊控制系统,采用一个模糊控制器取代传统直接转矩控制系统中的磁链和转矩滞环比较器及开关表来输出基本电压矢量,即电压矢量角度,另一个模糊控制器输出基本电压矢量作用时间,即电压矢量幅值。仿真结果表明:永磁同步电机直接转矩控制双模糊控制系统运行良好,可实现四象限运行。与仅采用模糊控制输出电压矢量角度或电压矢量幅值控制相比,双模糊控制系统可有效抑制转矩和磁链脉动。

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque control (DTC) system using double fuzzy control is proposed. Fuzzy control is applied to the determination of both the voltage vector and the time duration of applying voltage vector at the same time. The PMSM DTC system uses one fuzzy controller to replace torque and stator flux's hysteresis comparators and switching table to output basic voltage vectors and uses another fuzzy controller to determine the time duration of applying voltage vector. Simulation results show the proposed double fuzzy control system can work properly. Compared with the system only using fuzzy controller to output voltage vector or the time duration of applying voltage vector, the double fuzzy control system can effectively suppress stator flux and torque ripple.
