空载损耗是表征感应电机磁性能的重要参数,而转子对电机磁路建立有非常重要的作用。为识别转子槽型参数对空载损耗的影响,采用理论计算与有限元分析法,模拟分析了感应电机在不同转子槽型、槽口形式下的空载损耗变化规律。试验与仿真分析结果吻合度较好。该研究对高效能感应电机结构设计以及解决感应电机运行中发生的定子温度预警故障具有一定的指导意义。

No-load loss is an important parameter to characterize the magnetic performance of induction motor. Rotor of the motor plays a very important role in the establishment of the magnetic circuit. In order to identify the influence of rotor slot shape parameters on no-load loss, the variation law of noload loss of induction motor under different rotor slot shapes and notch forms is simulated and analyzed by using theoretical calculation and finite element analysis method. The test and simulation analysis results are in good agreement. The study has certain guiding significance for the structural design of high-efficiency induction motor and solving the stator temperature warning fault occurred during the operation of induction motor.
