The ACPEE has been held for 7 years since 2015 after 7 successful conferences in Online, Chongqing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Kitakyushu, Shanghai and Bangkok, attracting a large number of researchers, scholars and students from all over the world. ACPEE 2023 conference will provide a wonderful forum for you to update your knowledge base and explore the innovations in Power and Electrical Engineering, which will also strive to offer you plenty of networking opportunities to meet and interact with the leading scientists, engineers and researchers, friends and colleagues as well as sponsors and exhibitors.We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit your research papers to ACPEE 2023, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world.

在“双碳”目标愿景下，构建新能源占比逐渐提高的新型电力系统成为重大方向，构建新型电力系统是能源绿色低碳发展的关键核心，也是构建清洁低碳安全高效的能源体系的中心。加快构建新型电力系统，加速能源结构转型，是保障我国电力系统安全稳定运行、电力可靠供应的必然要求，是一次深刻的电力技术和体制机制变革，也是实现碳达峰、碳中和愿景目标的迫切需求。

2023年第八届电力与电气工程亚洲会议(ACPEE 2023)将于2023年4月14日至16日在中国天津召开。会议是由天津大学和香港机械工程师学会联合主办，IEEE PES、上海交通大学、奥克兰理工大学、IEEE PES重庆分会、四川省电机工程学会、IEEE IAS上海分会协办，中国电科院期刊中心、《电力系统自动化》、《电力系统保护与控制》、《全球能源互联网》、《Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy》、《Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems》、 《Global Energy Interconnection》期刊支持，《电力自动化设备》、MDPI-Energies 、MDPI-Electricity、《电机与控制学报》、中国电力规划设计协会、《电机与控制应用》、双泽信息技术有限公司提供媒体支持。会议旨在团结国内外电气与能源领域广大专家学者，围绕电气与能源领域前沿技术、学术成果进行学术交流，为所有电力电气领域的研究人员与学者提供一个交流大平台和最前沿的科技资讯。我们诚邀您莅临会议，共同打造电力电气学领域的国际盛会，一起感受电力电气学改变世界。

Publication & Indexing

1) Accepted and presented papers will be included into The Conference Proceeding of ACPEE 2023 (ISBN: 979-8-3503-4552-0), which will be published by IEEE and included in IEEE Xplore. The publisher will submit articles to Ei Compendex, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication.
