近日,西安交通大学(Xi’an Jiaotong University)杜锦华团队以《永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制技术综述》为题在《电机与控制应用》上发表最新研究论文,第一作者为张国强,通信作者为杜锦华。

本文对永磁电机在不同速域下无位置传感器控制方法进行了介绍,对比分析了不同控制方法优缺点,并对永磁电机无位置传感器控制的未来前景进行了展望。
永磁同步电机(PMSM)具有转矩密度大、动态性能快、可靠性好等竞争优势,已广泛应用于工业生产和航空航天、家电等领域。在永磁电机控制系统中,位置传感器的存在不仅增加了电机驱动系统体积和制造成本,而且降低了驱动系统的可靠性。一旦位置传感器出现故障,系统便无法获得准确的闭环反馈量,系统调节功能丧失,整个控制系统将处于失控状态,严重情况下会使得电机失速。此外位置传感器对电机的工作环境要求比较苛刻,而无位置传感器控制具有成本低、可靠性高、硬件电路简单、维护要求少的等优势,在学术界和工业应用中得到的广泛地关注。
本文的主体内容分三部分。首先介绍了适用于电机零低速域运行下的无位置传感器控制方法;其次,对电机在中高速域下的各种无位置传感器控制方法进行了分析,并对不同控制方法的优缺点进行了总结;最后,对电机如何实现从零低速启动到中高速域的全速域运行无传控制的切换策略进行了归纳总结。
本文工作对永磁电机无位置传感器的各种控制策略进行了详细分析,对无位置传感器控制方法的学习有很好的参考价值。
Review of Position Sensorless Control Technology for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors
This paper introduces the position sensor-less control methods for permanent magnet motors in different speed domains, comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods, and looks forward to the future prospects of position sensor-less control of permanent magnet motors.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) have competitive advantages such as high torque density, fast dynamic performance, and good reliability, and have been widely used in industrial production and aerospace, home appliances, and other fields. In the PMSM control system, the existence of position sensors not only increases the size and manufacturing cost of the motor drive system, but also reduces the reliability of the drive system. Once the position sensor fails, the system will not be able to obtain accurate closed-loop feedback, the system regulates the loss of function, the entire control system will be in a state of control, in serious cases will make the motor stall. In addition, the position sensor is more demanding on the working environment of the motor, while the position sensor-less control has the advantages of low cost, high reliability, simple hardware circuitry, and less maintenance requirements, which has received extensive attention in academia and industrial applications.
The main content of this paper is divided into three parts. Firstly, it introduces the position sensorless control method applicable to the motor under zero-low speed domain operation; secondly, it analyzes various position sensorless control methods for the motor under medium-high speed domain and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods; finally, it summarizes the switching strategy of how to realize the motor from zero-low-speed startup to the medium-high-speed domain for the full-speed domain operation without transferring control.
This work of this paper analyzes in detail the various control strategies of permanent magnet motor without position sensor, which is a good reference for learning the control methods without position sensor.

Jinhua Du, female, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor. Graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) with a doctorate degree in engineering in March 2012, and has been working in the School of Electrical Engineering of XJTU since March 2012, mainly engaged in the research of electric motor design and its control, and has accumulated a wealth of technical experience in the areas of electric motor design and analysis, numerical computation of electromagnetic field, power transmission control strategy and analysis, and hardware circuit design. Currently, she is an invited reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, IET Electric Power Applications, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Journal of Electrotechnology and other international academic journals at home and abroad. She is a member of IEEE, and member of the Linear Motor Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrotechnology.
