    Abstract:

    The suspension force principle of the bearingless brushless DC motor was analyzed, and the mathematical model of suspension force was deduced. The suspension force control system was designed. By using MATLAB software, the control system model had been established and the simulation experiments had been completed. Finally, the experimental prototype was designed. The experimental results showed that the motor could stable operation, and the rotor could be stable suspended in the center.
