    Abstract:

    A calculation method of reactance parameters for the hybrid excitation permanent magnet generator was proposed. A hybrid excitation permanent magnet synchronous generator rated at 7.5 kW and 1 500 r/min was verified by the experimental results. It showed that the calculated results were in good accordance with the measured results, and it could be a great help to the designing of the hybrid excitation permanent magnet synchronous generator.
