    Abstract:

    In order to further improve the control performance of asynchronous motor and reduce flux and current ripple, a method of fuzzy online adjusting of weight factor was proposed for the allocation of objective cost function weight factor in traditional finite control set model predictive torque control (FCSMPTC). The TakagiSugeno model fuzzy control method was used to realize the dynamic adjustment of the weighting factor by judging the torque and flux linkage error, and the domain of fuzzy control and its reasoning rule were also built. At the same time, considering the influence of the inverter switch fault on the control system in the threephase asynchronous motor drive system, a threephase sixswitch tolerant control strategy was used as the tolerant control strategy. The simulation results showed that the control method could smooth the flux linkage and current output and reduce the current harmonics.
