    Abstract:

    No-load loss is an important parameter to characterize the magnetic performance of induction motor. Rotor of the motor plays a very important role in the establishment of the magnetic circuit. In order to identify the influence of rotor slot shape parameters on no-load loss, the variation law of noload loss of induction motor under different rotor slot shapes and notch forms is simulated and analyzed by using theoretical calculation and finite element analysis method. The test and simulation analysis results are in good agreement. The study has certain guiding significance for the structural design of high-efficiency induction motor and solving the stator temperature warning fault occurred during the operation of induction motor.
