Electric Machines & Control Application (formerly known as Small and Medium Electric Machines), founded in 1959, is a professional and authoritative journal in electrical technology registered and approved by National Press and Publication Administration. It is sponsored by Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. The journal is published on the 10th of each month, with post issuing code 4-199. Electric Machines and Control Application was indexed by General Catalogue of Chinese Core Journals, Key Magazine of China Technology for many years. It is included in full text by many databases, such as the Comprehensive Evaluation Database of Chinese Academic Journals, Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals, Wanfang Data, and China Academic Journals (CD, widely recognized by experts and readers within the industry.
